Farm: Central Coffee Growers Cooperative

Grown in the volcanic highlands of Huila, Colombia, this fully washed coffee is bright, expressive, and full of character. Layers of red apple and toffee are lifted by juicy citrus acidity, finishing with a zesty lime finish in every cup.
Produced by the farmers of Co-Central, a cooperative of more than 3,400 growers, this coffee reflects both the richness of its origin and the care behind its cultivation. Nourished by fertile soils, high elevations, and mountain microclimates, the cherries are hand-picked at peak ripeness before being washed and sun-dried to create a clean, beautifully structured profile.

The cooperative supports it’s growers financially and technically with training in agronomy to improve yields and quality, health and education services in remote communities, support towards higher education, and incentives for environmental sustainability. This model helps to ensure better prices for its members, stronger farms and a more resilient supply chain. A classic Colombian coffee with vibrant acidity and remarkable clarity, this is the same exceptional coffee featured in our beloved Super Brazil blend, showcasing the quality, dedication, and craftsmanship that define Huila’s renowned coffee landscape.
